DESCRIPTION:
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Supeiore DOCG embodies the excellence of the Glera vine cultivated on the steep slopes of the hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the area of Controlled Guaranteed Denomination of Origin (DOCG).

Hillslopes in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone of Valdobbiadene.

VINIFICATION:
To make this refined Extra Dry sparkling wine, the fruit of Mionetto’s lengthy winemaking expertise, the white grapes are gently pressed and the must immediately fermented; the wine then receives its secondary fermentation following the Charmat method.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11% vol
TOTAL ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l.
SUGAR CONTENT:
14 - 17 g/l.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
To fully appreciate its organoleptic nuances, chill gradually to 6°- 8° C.
